Your interest in Kamp Koinonia and your willingness to sacrifice both time and energy is appreciated. As you can imagine, we have many people who want to be part of our staff. However, our space for staff members is limited so we may not be able to use you at this particular time. This opportunity to serve young people is important and an effective use of your talents. While you are packing, don’t forget to include a loving attitude, extra patience, and a good supply of smiles. A big part of your job will be to make certain that you are in a good mood even when you don’t feel like it.
Please read the rules very carefully and abide by them as soon as you set foot on the campground. An important part of this is to make certain that you don’t show up compromising our dress code or any of the other standards. If this is your first experience as a member of our staff, please remember that you are not here to teach us how to have a good camp. We have been doing this for a long time and we expect every staff member to comply with the Koinonia methods.
