If you are not sure about any of the camp rules, ask a staff member!
Heath certificates are not to be sent with the application. Please bring them with you when you check in. In accordance with the State Health Department rules, no camper or staff member will be allowed to stay without a certificate. Do not come to camp with just a doctor's signature. All the information on the certificates must be provided. Campers and staff members need to bring their Health Certificate forms with them on the day of registration. Everyone, including all staff members, must have a Health Certificate signed by a physician or nurse practitioner. There will be no exceptions!
Apply Early!!!!
This year we are limited to 80 campers each week. This means that campers need to send in their registration forms early if they expect to get the week they want. This means we will fill up quickly and registration will be on a first come first serve basis. The fee is $165.00 for each session, and each registration must include a deposit of at least $60.00. The balance of the fee is expected at the time of registration. However, if you have to withdraw, your deposit money will be refunded, providing notification is received no later than 48 hours before the camping session begins.
A camper may attend more than one session if there is room. However, everyone will get the opportunity to attend at least once before anyone attends twice. If a camper does stay for more than one week, they will not be allowed to stay at the campgrounds the Saturday night between sessions.
Scholarships
We believe a camper should not be deprived of attending Koinonia because of money. If you are thinking about not sending your child because of the money involved, please let us know. Also, if you would be interested in providing a scholarship to help campers attend, please contact us as soon as possible.
